WHY THIS INFORMATION

In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of the users, who consult this institutional website of Secoval.
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible via hypertext links, that may be published on the sites but refer to resources outside the institution’s domain.

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the institution in the performance of its public interest tasks or in any case related to the exercise of its public powers.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by the users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data, necessary for the use of the web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtaining statistical information about the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • checking the correct functioning of the offered services.

The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the addresses of the institution, as well as the compilation and forwarding of forms on the site, entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, which are necessary to reply, as well as all the personal data included in the communication.

Specific information will be published on the pages of the website that are arranged for the provision of specific services.

Cookies and other tracking systems

Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.

Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used and strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the user’s control, where on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with retention times not exceeding seven days, like other navigation data.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The recipients of the data collected after the consultation of the sites listed above are the following and designated as data processors by the institution, in accordance with the Article 28 of the Regulation.

The personal data collected are also processed by the institution staff, that acts in accordance with specific provided instructions, that regard the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested parties have the right, in cases provided for, to obtain from the owner the access to personal data and their correction or cancellation or the limitation of their processing or to oppose the processing (Articles 15 and following of the Regulation). RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The interested parties that believe that the processing of personal data referred to them through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
